What is Company Officer?

  1. General: An individual who has an office of right, control, or trust.
  2. Corporate (UK): An individual who has the right to acts in the interest of the company like company secretary, director of the company or the executive, or any other designated individual with the authority to perform the role.
  3. Corporate (USA): An individual who is selected by company’s directors in the board of the company or firm, like the President, vice president, etc., in order to handle the daily operations of the business for the company and carry-out the policies defined by the board.
